Very professional and helpful

Ms. Gerin and her assistant are wonderful. The constant texts telling me to sign in whenever I've ready done so repeatedly, are annoying and counterproductive. After repeatedly sending in photos of my insurance, I was asked to show my insurance and then told that isn't what they have on file. Isn't that the purpose of me sending you my insurance card? This is a repeat issue and erodes my faith in the practice. Good doctors, not great administrative practices.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT!

I met Dr. Carolyn Stull for the first time yesterday, when she performed an excision due to a biopsy determined to be, not cancerous but "abnormal." I had a lot of questions: what's the difference between the two? Why excision and not Mohs? She listened intently and answered patiently and thoroughly. She did not rush me along, to get to the procedure. She was totally professional, personable, and respectful to me-- as doctors should be, since we are the most important partners in our own health care. She put me totally at ease, the procedure went quickly, without a hitch. She inspired so much confidence--- so there was no question that I would follow her instructions on wound care and refrain from certain activities for several weeks to ensure maximum healing and minimum scarring. I went in with a lot of apprehension and left totally at ease. I highoy recommend Dr. Carolyn Stull and this practice. (Sorry I have forgotten the name of the young woman assisting her, but she was a consummate professional as well. I knew I was in very good hands!)

I have written a review before for Dr. Amin and his staff but I felt that they are such a great office that they deserve another one for my latest visit. From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted by a professional staff. They take time with helping in anyway they can. Once Dr.Amin comes into the room he will take the time to answer all questions and concerns. He takes the explains all options and what you should expect from whatever procedure you are having.

Dr. Stull and her assistants were very professional and helpful. I got my mohs surgery done at the Plainview location. Marie at the front desk was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. My one complaint is the call center did not give me the correct information.

Pleasant but I wish to see "the doctor" when I visit. Not a nurse practitioner no matter what her knowledge is. I have experience skin cancer in the past and wanted a more thorough exam and to see the doctor (which is what my insurance is paying for)

My son had very bad acne, from the first appointment the treatment worked. Dr. Penzi knows what she does, she is professional and answers all questions.

Thought Dr. Tassavor was very thorough and I was happy with this first visit with him. Office staff was also attentive and friendly. My only recommendation (since it’s Spring) is to remove Fall decorations from the secondary office window seating area…makes the office seem like you don’t care how things look. These decorations were probably left by the former office staff, but plenty of time has passed since then for proper cleanup. Mentioned to a staff member and they just said it will be Fall again at some point?!?

The day of my appointment, Dr Husain was having trouble with the machine that analysis skin samples. The Doctor kept me informed and had his staff provide updates as my surgery progressed. They did not leave me in a room wondering what was going on but kept me up to date. That was greatly appreciated.
